They're marked present, and anything due shows right away, so you collect before class starts. QR check-in is on Starter and above; on Free, mark attendance from the class list. ### Monthly fees, dues and receipts Each class has its monthly fee. AnyKlass works out what every student has due, month by month. Record cash or a bank transfer and print the receipt. Set a different fee for one student (scholarships, sibling discounts), take fees in advance, and bill every month or only the months a student attends. ### Class material that opens when paid Share notes, videos and links with a class. A student opens them once that month's fee is paid. You can give a student access for a few days when needed. ### Timetable Set the weekly classes once. Add an extra class, cancel a day or mark a holiday; teachers and students see the change on their own screens. Online classes carry their Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link. ### Follow up before they drop out See the students who keep missing class, how many days, and the number to call. ### The month's register Every class, month by month, filled in as students check in. Print it, or download it as CSV for Excel. ### Teachers and front desk Add teachers and front-desk staff. Teachers see their own classes; the owner chooses what staff can do, like taking fees. Find any student from the search box. Light and dark mode. ## How it works 1. **Create your institute** (about 2 minutes). Choose a name and web address. You start on the Free plan with no card. 2. **Add courses, classes and students.** Set each class's monthly fee. Each student gets a sign-in slip with their ID and password. 3. **Run the class.** Check students in, take fees, share material and follow up. The register and dues keep themselves up to date. ## Student app Every student gets their own app in their phone's browser, with nothing to install. Contact hello@anyklass.com. ## Your data - **Kept separate:** each institute's data is kept apart from every other institute's, on every request. - **Encrypted on the way:** everything travels over HTTPS; passwords are stored scrambled so nobody can read them. - **You decide who sees what:** teachers see their own classes; the owner chooses what front-desk staff may do. - **No card numbers stored:** plan payments go through the payment service's own page. ## FAQ **Is the Free plan really free?** Yes. The Free plan is free forever and needs no card. It covers up to 5 students, 1 course with 3 classes, attendance, fees and receipts, the student app, and register print and CSV. **Do I or my students need to install anything?** No. AnyKlass works in the web browser on a computer, tablet or phone. Students sign in on their phone's browser with the ID and password on the sign-in slip you give them. **How does QR check-in work?** Every student has an ID card with a QR code in their student app. At the door, the front desk scans it with a phone or laptop camera. The student is marked present and their fees due show at once. QR check-in is on Starter and above. **Can I charge some students a different fee?** Yes. Each class has its monthly fee, and you can set a different fee for one student, for a scholarship or a sibling discount.
